Create and manage POS users, roles, permissions and branch assignments. Password and PIN secrets remain local to each POS device.

One staff password across trusted devices.
WondersTech Cloud is authoritative for Admin, Manager and Cashier passwords. Trusted Desktop, Android and Web/PWA devices cache only a short-lived offline verifier. Optional PINs remain device-local for unlock and protected actions.

Review every registered POS device, its branch access, online status and local client health. Branch capacity remains 3 active devices per branch by default.
DEVICE ENTITLEMENTS
Existing over-limit devices stay active.
WondersTech never revokes a legacy device automatically. A branch above its allowance blocks new connections or reassignment into that branch until the owner frees a slot.
