Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These terms apply to the WondersTech website and general use of WondersTech products and services. A signed quotation, license agreement, support agreement, or product-specific contract may add to or replace parts of these terms for a particular customer.
Software licensing
WondersTech software is licensed rather than sold. License duration, permitted installations, fees, renewal, features, and restrictions depend on the selected plan and applicable agreement. Users must not bypass licensing, security, approval, or recovery controls.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for accurate business configuration, authorized user access, administrator credentials, backup passwords, local device security, legal use of the software, and regular verification that backups can be restored.
Cloud backup
Cloud backup is an optional continuity service and does not replace responsible local backups. Only encrypted backup packages should be uploaded. Successful upload does not prove that the customer remembers the recovery password or that a restore has been tested. Storage limits and retention may depend on the active plan.
Updates
WondersTech may provide stable, beta, optional, or required updates. Customers should finish active transactions, create a verified backup, and use only official installers. Beta releases are for controlled testing and may contain unfinished changes.
Support and emergency recovery
Support may require product version, Business ID, logs, screenshots, or a sanitized diagnostic package. Emergency administrator recovery is narrowly scoped, time-limited, and audited; it does not grant unrestricted access to business operations.
Prohibited use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, distribute private tools or keys, reverse or bypass security controls, upload harmful material, use another business's credentials, or interfere with the website, update, licensing, backup, or support systems.
Availability
The offline-first POS can continue core local operations when optional online services are unavailable. WondersTech may perform maintenance, suspend abusive access, or change online service capacity. Internet, hardware, operating-system, and third-party provider failures may be outside WondersTech's control.
Business data
The customer remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of business records entered into the POS. WondersTech does not become the owner of customer business data merely because an encrypted backup package is stored through an optional service.
Contact
Questions about product-specific terms should be raised through the WondersTech contact page before deployment or renewal.
